Pete Joins the Team!

Welcome to our new guest Pete. I dominated the guest spot for too long and it’s time to add a new voice to the podcast in our good friend Pete.

Pete specialises in board games, D&D and all things Warhammer. We have spent the last four years hanging out in Dragon Cavern (Pete’s boardgame shop). In fact, the idea of the podcast started there on a Friday night during a game of Blood on the Clocktower where, during downtime we often pitch would you rather questions to the group.

For Darren and Sam this spiralled quickly into No Good Options and a few months later here they are, with their own podcast, six released episodes and so many more to come. A successful Friday night of gaming!

And here’s the best part - Pete brings his unique ideas to the recordings, asking the boys personal questions about their bedtime habits (there is a good option and its dessert!) and whether they’d enjoy a bit of time travel.

It’s a pleasure listening to these episodes. Pete adds another dimension to the show, a different voice in the party and it is honestly the voice of one of the loveliest people we know. His episodes will release on the 8th July 2026 and the 22nd July 2026.
